    Cookie Policy

    Last updated: July 3, 2026Effective: July 3, 2026

    What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide information to website owners.

Cookies do not contain personally identifiable information on their own. However, they may be linked to personal information that you have previously provided.

Current statusAs of July 2026, this Site sets only essential and functional cookies — specifically, your cookie-consent preference, stored in your browser. We also use privacy-first, cookieless analytics and monitoring (Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and Sentry error monitoring): these set no cookies, but because they process usage and error data they run only after you choose "Accept All". The marketing and payment cookies described below are not yet active.

    How We Use Cookies

We use, or may use as new features launch, cookies on the Site for the following purposes:

    • To keep the Site functioning correctly and securely (active)
    • To remember your preferences and settings, including your cookie choice (active)
    • To understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it, using cookieless analytics (active, with consent)
    • To monitor performance and catch errors so the Site stays fast and reliable (active, with consent)
    • To enable third-party tools such as email and payment processing (planned)

    Types of Cookies We Use

    Essential Cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary for the Site to function and to remember your cookie-consent choice. Without them, core features such as page navigation and honouring your privacy preferences would not work. These cookies cannot be disabled.

    Functional Cookies

These remember your preferences and settings to provide a more consistent experience — for example, remembering whether you have dismissed the cookie banner. Today, this is the only non-strictly-essential storage the Site uses, and it stays on your device.

    Analytics & MonitoringActive · cookieless

We use privacy-first analytics and monitoring to understand how the Site is used and to keep it fast and reliable — which pages are popular, where traffic comes from, real-world load speed, and any errors that occur. These tools set no cookies and do not track you across other websites, but because they process usage and error data they load only after you choose "Accept All". We do not use Google Analytics.

    • Providers: Vercel Web Analytics & Speed Insights (cookieless traffic and performance), Sentry (error monitoring)
    • Data collected: Aggregated page views, referrer, device type, page load speed, and error diagnostics — no cross-site tracking and no advertising profiles
    • Cookies set: None
    • Opt-out: Choose "Essential Only" on the banner, or clear your saved consent to be asked again

    Marketing CookiesNot yet active

No marketing cookies are set today. When we add an email newsletter (e.g. ConvertKit) and course platforms (e.g. Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy), those providers may set cookies to measure campaign effectiveness and conversion rates. These would only apply if you subscribe or purchase a course.

    Third-Party Cookies

Some services we use — or plan to use — may set their own cookies. These third parties have their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review. Today, our hosting, cookieless analytics, and monitoring providers are in use; the rest are listed so this policy stays accurate as those features launch.

    • Vercel — website hosting, content delivery, and cookieless Web Analytics & Speed Insights (active)
    • Sentry — error and performance monitoring, cookieless (active, with consent)
    • ConvertKit — email marketing and subscriber tracking (not yet active)
    • Gumroad / Lemon Squeezy — course platform and payment processing (not yet active)
    • Stripe — secure payment processing (not yet active)

We do not control third-party cookies and are not responsible for how those providers use them. Please refer to each provider's cookie policy for more information.

    Managing Your Cookies

You have the right to accept or decline non-essential cookies at any time. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer.

    Browser Controls

    • Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
    • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
    • Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
    • Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and Site Permissions
Please note: disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Site, including, once launched, the ability to access purchased courses or complete payments.

    Opt-Out Tools

Our analytics and monitoring are cookieless and consent-gated, so the simplest way to opt out is to choose "Essential Only" on the cookie banner (or clear your saved consent to be asked again). No browser add-on is needed, and we do not use Google Analytics.

    Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time as our practices change or as required by law. In particular, we will update it when the analytics, marketing, or payment cookies described above become active. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to check this page periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies.
